This Saturday, His Royal Highness, Prince Henry of Wales & Ms. Meghan Markle will be tying the royal knot aka Harry & Meghan are getting married!

Surely, the marriage will be the wedding of the year--& I feel pretty excited about it! More so, I thought, it would be fun to create a blog post in the spirit of the Royal Wedding occurring this Saturday, May 19th.

Here are some fun facts pertaining to Prince Harry & Meghan Markle's I Dos...

• The Wedding will occur in St. George's Chapel, Windsor Castle 
• The Wedding will commence at noon United Kingdom Time { 7 am EST & 4 am PST USA}
• According to Brides.com, it's a tradition that English brides have children as their bridesmaids. 
• Meghan's engagement ring is just as special as the sapphire stone surround by diamonds that William gave to Kate. Meghan's center diamond is from Botswana {a place special to the couple} & the two diamonds on each side are from Harry's mother, Princess Diana's collection.

• The Wedding cake will be made by Claire Ptak in the flavor of a Lemon & Elderberry cake!
• As read on Brides.com, it's speculated that food served at the party/reception will be American food staples--does this mean hot dogs, hamburgers, french fries, & so on? Possibly! 
• This is the official commemorative china that Royal fans & wedding watchers can purchase! 
• Aside from the wedding dress, the titles of the newlyweds are always interesting to learn. As a wedding present {what a present!} Queen Elizabeth will grant Harry & Meghan their new titles. According to a past Harper's Bazaar UK article, "And it's widely believed in a mere few months,  Harry & Meghan will be granted titles The Duke & Dutchess of Sussex." They'll also be given another title for a moniker in Scotland.
