Winter Mixed Drinks: Amaretto & Cream 

Looking for a good cup o' cheer now that the holidays have passed? Have you ever had an amaretto & cream mixed drink?

Essentially, an amaretto & cream is just cream & amaretto--so simple, but a favorite drink of mine to make especially during the winter.

This cocktail is so yummy & a breeze to make.

Amaretto & Cream

All you'll need is 1 1/2 ounce of cream {I used fat-free coffee creamer the GiantEagle Brand}

& 1 1/2 ounce Amaretto {I got mine at Gianyy Eagle too}

Next, get a cocktail shaker {with ice} & do a quick shake & pour into a chilled glass {no ice in the cup}.

Enjoy! So simple, right? I have to confess, I didn't have something to measure the ounce portion of this, so, I just estimated. The chilled glass part really makes the drink good.

Betty Crocker's Chocolate Chip Cookies 

If you're really needing an extra dose of cheer {it is winter after all} I baked up some cookie. I used the Betty Crocker Chocolate Chip Cookie mix & they turned out great.

Note, must be over 21 to drink, drink responsibly.
