We're off the see the Wizard on this special edition Halloween feature for The Yellow Spectacles.
As you may know, I have been sharing Riley & Bentley's Halloween looks here over the years, & this year, Wish.com created an opportunity for all three of us to dress up together.

Of course, I love a good theme & when it came down to deciding what all three of us would dress as for Halloween, I knew I wanted to do a Wizard of Oz theme.

I was really surprised by Wish's selection of pet Halloween costumes. Wish had so many dog Halloween costumes ranging from the scare-a-crow-to Glenda The Good Witch.
When dressing my dogs for Halloween, I always try to keep their costumes super simple.
My shoes are not from The Wicked Witch of the West but from J.Crew Factory. The Wizard of Oz has so many characters that this film/book makes for a great group costume idea.

& I was Dorothy. Fun fact, this is not my first-time going as Dorothy from The Wizard of Oz for Halloween. As a kid, I was obsessed with the movie & went as her multiple times in grade school. I even went to Kansa {City} & brought home her Ruby Red Slippers which I slipped in {they were too big & no traction} while walking in my school's Halloween parade. It wouldn't have been so bad if I wasn't carrying my dog, Cocoa who was Toto at the time as I landed on top of her!
The story worked itself out, but I always think back on that at this time of year.
