What are you doing New Year's Eve? Whether you are staying in or heading out confetti is a must-have item to have on hand for your celebration. 🎉
For fun, you can DIY your own confetti poppers with some gift wrap, tape, ribbon, & paper towel tubes.
Jessica, the head confetti expert at The Confetti Bar supplied the NYE {B & W with tiny gold champagne glasses} confetti that I filled the poppers with.
- Simply take an empty paper towel tube & cut it in half & then half again.
- Roll the small tube in a sheet of gift wrap & tape the center of wrap leaving the two ends opened.
- Tie one end of a piece of wrapped candy with ribbon & used open end to fill the tube with confetti.

- After the tube is filled, tie that end with ribbon too.
- For pretty measure, add colored tape over your clear tape marks & stickers for extra dazzle. Ta. Dah! You're ready to par-tay.
