A Feast of Holiday Inspiration: Loving These Christmas Blog Posts: & Holiday Outfit

"So when it's everly Christmastime & you're under your Christmas trees Simply tinkle a bell & have a trinkle & think of me...Eloise."--Eloise at Christmastime

When the holidays near, I think of two things {that you can say are dear}. One is The tale of The Nutcracker & The Dance of the Sugarplum Fairy.

Second, is Eloise at Christmastime {both book & movie}.

Each holiday season, a bit of my inspiration comes from them/that. However, this year, I was inspired a lot by Jillian Harris' blog post where she debuted her Etsy Christmas Collection as well as some old posts by one of my favorite blogger's Tezza.

With those two bloggers & blogs in mind, I wanted to share a few posts that just really got me inspired/motivated for the holiday season.

A Feast of Holiday Inspiration: Loving These Christmas Blog Posts:

1. Jillian Harris x Etsy Holiday Collection is Here {Jillian Harris}
I was so inspired by Jillian's beautiful product photos as well as her sparkly shoes!

2. Humble Dwellings {By Tezza}
I just really love the cozy/hygge vibes of Tezza's low-key holiday decorated apartment & the casualness of it all.

 3. We Love Christmas a Latte {Classy Girls Wear Pearls}
Again, I was super-inspired by Sarah's sparkling shoes! Also, I am/wrote an article for Coastal Living about the best New England Christmas towns & this just gave me all the right holiday feels.

4. Get Lit, Decorate for the Holidays, & Get Inspired {By Tezza}
I keep going back to this post it's not new, but the fun, glitzy, and small apartment Xmas vibes are just so fun & I love all the creative product shots.

5. How I Decorate Our Home for Christmas {Jillian Harris}
Aside from the beautiful decor, I love reading {& Pinning} all the holiday decor Jillian photographed as well as seeing how everything was styled, shot, & presented---really got me feeling festive!

Outfit Information:

Basically, the vision in my mind for this was a grown-Eloise meets Clara from The Nutcracker aesthetic. My dress isn't new but from Vera Wang's junior Kohl's collection. However, I did add a gray turtleneck, bow {a al Amazon} & glittery shoes to spiff things up.

Shoes aside, my clutch is from Classic Prep Monograms & you've probably already seen it on my gift guides?! But it's beautiful & all beaded.
