Have You Heard of Affirmation Passwords?

Last month, I read an article on Lauren Conrad's self-named website written by one of the LC editors, Allison Norton. Here, she shared the idea Affirmation Passwords & how she has personally been changed by implementing the positive passcode philosophy in her daily logins/life.

So, I just wanted to use this post to bring light to the subject as the idea of creating an affirmation password is so simple yet brilliant too.

Basically, you're picking a positive phrase {or something coined to help with self-doubt, forgiveness, prompt self-love & so on} that will have a positive effect on you each time you type your PW. Naturally, after typing the same phrase over & over again {such as Grow Through What You Go Through} you'll believe it! Well, that's the ideas.

In the article which you can read here, Allison gave examples of what an affirmation password can be...but here are a few more examples I thought of & no, these are not passwords of mine! 💜

Positive Password Ideas 💜

-Human+Kind. Be Both

- You're Solid Gold

-You're Like Really Pretty

-Love Ur Self 1st

-Shine Bright

-I Believe In...{fill in the blank}

I am all for positive vibes & sending goods vibes--but let's face it--daily life makes it hard to always be sunshine & sunflower fields--right? By having at least one of your passwords being a positive little mantra; it kind of reinforces positivity even when we don't feel like being happy. Recently, I picked/created a 'positive password' for something--so, I'll try the little experiment for myself.

Do you think this is something you'll try? It's new to me too, but I am open! Sending Good vibes your way!
